Refund policy

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your Korean Essentials purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of item. Please note that the item must be returned in the same condition in its original packaging it was received. The customer is responsible for all expenses (shipping and handling, insurance, customs, etc.) when returning the item.
Please be sure to include your name, mailing address, telephone number, and order number and return the package via insured Parcel Post to:

It may take 10-15 business days for your return to be received and inspected and then refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
